IIM Sirmaur will be better. It has a better location compared to IIM Sambalpur. The placement record of the institute is also better. Dring IIM Sirmaur placements 2022, students received a median CTC of INR 12.23 LPA. While the average CTC for the top 25% of students was INR 17.16 LPA.

IIM Sirmaur has a good start-up culture. It is an exciting time to be a part of the institute. You will get the opportunity to start clubs and committees and play important roles in organizing debut flagship events.

Without any doubt, always go for a brand that is IIM. As compared to any other college IIM gives you ample opportunities to grow yourself in every possible way.

You will be having the same faculty members as any other IIM has, along with an excellent education.
At IIM Sirmaur, the peer-to-peer interaction is very active and you can communicate among your friends or discuss anything that is boggling in your mind.
The placements are very decent having prestigious companies around the globe visiting during placement drives. But in case you manage to get the job initially of low package then definitely the brand tag can help you for taking up the off-campus placements.

Before entering any college, see the future perspective that you will be having, in this case, consider yourself to be graduated and think, do you like to be called a DU or IIM graduate for the rest of your life.
