Which is better - the RVCE, PES University, or the VJTI in Mumbai?

While VJTI offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, and Ph.D. degrees in leading disciplines, RCVE offers (B.E.), M.Tech, and MCA degrees and PES University offer B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, BCA, M.Tech, MCA, and MBA degrees. The admission into each of these programs is done through competitive exams.
