How can I get admission in the Food and Nutrition (CFN) program in IGNOU?

The Certificate in Food and Nutrition (CFN) at IGNOU is a 6 month certificate course in Open Distance Learning mode. This course is designed to provide knowledge to its students on food selection and preparation, nutrition from infancy to old age, economics of food, kitchen gardening, food adulteration, consumer rights, safety and education, and more.

The eligibility criteria for this course is that the candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old. There is no such formal qualification needed for this course. The fee structure of this course is Rs 1,900/- for the full program and the registration fee for this course is Rs.300/-
