The last date for submission of online applications was 08 April 2024 (4 p.m.) for national and international candidates. The written and personal interview for national candidates was scheduled for 15-16 May 2024. The personal interview for international candidates was conducted in a virtual mode. The eligibility criteria for IIT Delhi PhD. admissions is- min. 60% marks or 6.00 CGPA on a 10-point scale in the qualifying exam (M.Tech./M.E./M.D or equivalent). The eligibility for B.E or B. Tech or equivalent qualifying degree is min. 70% marks or 7.00 CGPA on a 10-point scale.
