Which is better: a B.Tech in Civil Engineering at IIT Bhubaneswar or a BE in CSE at BITS Hyderabad ?

BITS has a higher industry recognition than newer IITs, which means the probability of getting recruited as a manager in the industry from the latter university is better than from the former engineering university.
