Which college is better for electrical, PEC or NIT, Jalandhar?

Well, not considering the ranking of the institutes but considering the few important points are based on which one can decide which college is better than the others. 

• For a college which has an old but evolving culture and has ample exposure to everything required for a technical study.
• Infrastructure and campus are an important part of things because without the proper facilities you won’t be able to learn properly. 
• Application of knowledge is the biggest learning. Good laboratories / Libraries are an important part of the campus. 
• Colleges that conduct frequent seminars, guest lectures, technical visits to plants etc. and not just reading/books. 
• Last but not the least, have a look at the companies visiting their campus on a regular basis. You may or may not grab the opportunity to work in a company if you are willing to opt for higher studies. But getting an opportunity to learn through the interviews will help you in future endeavours. 

You can also search for an alumni of both the mentioned colleges and ask them directly. You should surely opt for PEC as it is a bigger brand than NIT Jalandhar. Also, Chandigarh is a better place to study and for placements as well.
