D.R. BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jalandhar ranked 52nd by NIRF 2020 report. The institute maintains a good placement record over years. The institiute is conducting its placement drive for the batch 2022 and there was increase in the Average CTC which increased to INR 11.87 LPA from INR 8.5 LPA and the Highest CTC stood at INR 62 LPA. The average placement of the IP branch is 8.5 lpa in the highest placement is 51 lpa. Around 72 to 80 per cent of students get placed.

From the eighth semester, students become eligible for the campus placements. Many companies visit our college for campus placement purposes. There are many branches which got the highest placements in the previous years such as ECE, CSE, IT, etc.

In 7th semester students are eligible for college placement. Many companies visit in college and give offers. Highest package is 50 lac An average package is 12 lac 85 percent of students placed. Got decent job

At the start of 7-semester Companies start coming for placements. The top recruiters of NIT Jalandhar in 2023 included Microsoft, Google, Zscaler, Amazon, BPCL, Goldman Sach, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The average package is INR 12.44 LPA and the highest package is INR 51 LPA. You can go for campus placement in 3rd year. Students basically get PPO after doing internships. The companies visited here are Microsoft, amazon, IndiaMART, Samsung and so on. The highest package offered as per 2023 stats are 51 lpa and the average package given was basically around 13 lpa. Placements vary from branch to branch and the percentage of students getting placed is. For me, I would go for remote jobs after getting my degree.
