I have a few friends at both institutes. Based on what I have heard from them, here is a brief comparison of the institutes.
- Infrastructure: The campus is clean and there is no pending construction work whatsoever on the campus of Amity. The campus has a nice ambiance too. On the other hand, Sharda University is still construction going on the campus.
- Placements: Both institutes, like every other institute, sometimes are visited by companies that are not that great and/or have students who are undeserving of the positions the companies are looking forward to offering. Amity has a 100% placement average.
- Faculty: Both institutes have good faculties.
- Location: Amity has a locational advantage as it is situated near Delhi and Noida.
- Safety: Safety was an issue for Sharda University before but the administration is trying to make the campus safer.
Almost all private institutes are the same, infrastructure is the only factor that differentiates these two institutes from each other. As for which institute will be better, you should be the judge of that.
