Questions Asked On MCC Mulund, Mumbai

I have a few friends from Mulund College of Commerce, so I can give some insight into the placement scenario of the institute.

MCC has a good placement record. Many companies visit the campus placements for courses like BAF, BMS, BAM, BBI, B.Com, etc. 

Some of the major recruiters that visited the recent placement drive at the institute are Deloitte, Reliance, Asian Paints, Motilal Oswal, ICICI Prudential, etc. Packages offered in the placement drive are also quite good. 

In order to select for the personal interview, some companies arrange GD, or aptitude tests. 

For +2 commerce, both the institutions have their advantages and disadvantages. Let's have a quick glance at them.

Mulund College of Commerce:

• Advantages: You can have a stress-free life as you will be guaranteed admission to the same university. Along with it, the institute offers a wide range of extracurricular activities which can be continued up to 5 years with no barriers. For instance, you can learn any foreign language.
• Disadvantages: The institute generally gives low marks in 12th which could affect your further education plans. However, if you are very good with your studies then you can exceptionally score better.

Singhania School:

• Advantages: The environment of the school is very competitive and it will you grow more. Also, you can get good 12th scores which will help you to get into great colleges after 12th. 
• Disadvantages: Unlike, Mulund college of commerce you won't have any option to directly get into college from the school itself. You need to work hard and get good scores. 

So, go through all these factors before choosing one of these two institutes.

According to my cousin who is a graduate of the Mulund College of Commerce, Mumbai the institute is best known for the following factors. 

• The faculty base is great, and most of the faculty members are quite experienced.
• Instead of focusing on theoretical knowledge, the institute emphasizes more on a practical approach, and problem-solving techniques. 
• The library and sports facilities are extraordinary. 
• Huge events such as MCC Spectrum are organized in the month of December.

Overall, Mulund College of Commerce has a very good environment, providing great facilities and great learning experiences.
