What are study projects in BITS Pilani?

Engineering at BITS Pilani is comprised of a lot of practical and project-based learning that everyone needs to perform during their tenure.

• Firstly, you need to pick specific topics and finalize your areas of research with your respective mentors and faculty. Once finalized, you have to conduct the research related works on that particular topic for the rest of the semester.
• For elective subjects, it is quite easy to get an A grade, if you completed some research-related work on that particular subject.
• In a particular research project, you need to submit one midterm and one end-term report, along with a presentation.

In BITS Pilani, such research works are termed as SOP. You will also have the opportunity to work on some computer-oriented project (COP), or a Lab-oriented project (LOP).
