Candidates who successfully completed the 12th grade from a recognized board, such as the General Secondary Education Certificate Exam of the Ministry of Education, United Arab Emirates, the CBSE-India, or any other State, National, or International Board, are exempt from paying tuition for the first semester.

According to their performance on the exam, individuals who have applied to engineering programs and taken the AIEEE or IIT-JEE competitive examinations are given scholarships covering 25% to 75% of the first year's tuition.

Candidates who finished a semester with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 9.00 or higher on a scale of 10.00 are awarded merit scholarships equal to 20% of the following semester's tuition.
Candidates from the UAE who comply with the institution's entrance requirements are awarded full scholarships for the duration of the program, which includes a full waiver of tuition, hostel fees, transportation costs, and book costs.
Candidates are given a 100% tuition fee remission for the semester if they are experiencing financial difficulties as a result of the sudden and untimely death of the only earner in their household during that semester. In the next semesters, a scholarship of up to 75% may be made available, depending on the student's financial situation, need, and overall performance/discipline.
Subject to maintaining a decent GPA each semester, candidates with any kind of physical problem are eligible for a 15% tuition price discount throughout the program. Students must meet the requirements outlined.

If a candidate's family has more than one student enrolled at once, the second student will receive a 25% tuition discount up until the first student graduates.
Each student's tuition must be paid in full at the time of acceptance, and any scholarships received will be subtracted from the next tuition payment. A student may receive more than one scholarship at a time, unless otherwise stated, as long as the sum of all awards does not exceed fifty percent of the total tuition costs for the semester. But if the scholarship itself is at least 50%, this rule does not apply. The decision of the institute in all areas involving scholarships and concessions at the BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus is final and cannot be contested. In the event that a student is involved in a disciplinary situation, the Institute maintains the right to rescind the scholarship at any time.

No, at BITS Pilani candidates are not given scholarships based on BITSAT score but at BITS, Dubai the scholarships are offered based on the BITSAT score. It is to be noted that the scholarship based on the BITSAT score can be availed only in the first year of the entire academic session at the Dubai campus. To get the scholarship based on the BITSAT score, students must have scored a minimum of 200 marks in the exam.

Merit-Based Scholarship: This type of scholarship is purely based on the candidate's performance in the semester exam. Based on the CGPA, students get % relaxation in the tuition fee. The % relaxation may vary year after year.
