As far as satisfaction goes, it is not only about the salary package. IIM Indore is a premier business school that offers top-class education and exposure. I know of people who graduated from IIM Indore and got decent-paying jobs. But their main goal is to earn a good certification and ample exposure in corporate. Their ultimate aim is to work on their startups. They want to build sustainable and successful enterprises.

A few of my friends graduated from IIM Indore and according to them, the institute has a good placement record. As per the recent placement highlights, the average CTC offered at the institute is 23 LPA.
It is also said in the IPM IIMR brochure that there will be a minimum salary of 20 lacs approx. So don't worry. And most students opt for campus placement to know the working of the industry. After that, they start their start-up for growth.
Some of the top recruiting companies from IIM Indore for the IPM course are PwC, Deloitte, Optum, BCG, Amazon, Cipla, MX Player, ACT Fibernet, Paytm, Microsoft participated in the placement drive.
