The most important factor to get into any IIM for your PGP is to score well in CAT (Common Aptitude Test).
Upon successfully clearing your CAT, you’ll get a call from the IIMs for the next step, which is a Written Ability Test (WAT) and/or GD and/or PI. Your performance in these will ultimately determine your fate. Apart from your CAT score, your past academic performance plays a major role in getting you a call from any IIM. This includes your 10th, 12th and graduation scores. Each IIM has a different weightage for every factor.
