How is Dayanand Sagar college of engineering compared to VIT?

I have friends from both DSCE and VIT. Here is a comparison of both, based on the conversations I had with them.

Quality of Education: (DSCE - 8, VIT - 8)

The quality of education offered at both DSCE and VIT is quite similar. 

Infrastructure: (DSCE - 8, VIT - 10)

Although the infrastructure of DSCE is one of the best in Bangalore. The campus of DSCE is smaller than VIT. So infrastructure wise VIT is better. 

Placements: (DSCE - 7, VIT - 8.5)

Overall, VIT offers better placements. Although DSCE has a placement average of around 100% for CSE, there are very few core companies visiting the campus for placement drives. 

In the recent placement drive, VIT offered an average CTC of 6 LPA. While in DSCE, the average CTC offered is somewhere around 4.5 LPA. 

Overall, I will say is better than DSCE.
