DU SOL or IGNOU Which is better for BA General correspondence program?

A few of my friends graduated from both DU SOL and IGNOU. According to them, IGNOU is far better than DU SOL. Here are some facts that might justify this statement.

IGNOU is good, be it the standard of study materials, the help you get at the study centers, or the timely organizing of exams and declaration of results. The rest depends on you. Discuss with some students from both universities and then make the choice.
