In order to prepare for the PG entrance in Utkal University in economics this year:

Keep a clear understanding of the fundamentals
Practice the previous year's question papers
Use guides but give more importance to clearing basic concepts
Clear the 11th and 12th basics, then go on to graduation syllabus
Read books and magazines on economics
Write in order to retain all the information
Maintain a good sleep routine and listen to music in order to relieve stress

The University gives equal consideration to career marks and entrance marks (50/50 basis).

Follow these basic tips and work with dedication in order to be selected for the PG Program at Utkal University.

Utkal University PG entrance examinations aim to test your fundamentals and basic knowledge in the subject. Here are some of the things that can help you with your preparations.

Collect previous year’s question papers. You can get them from the department/library.
There are also some guidebooks available for the entrance examination. But try not to rely too much on the guidebooks.
Clear your basics from 10+2 and graduation.
Read different magazines on Economics and keep an eye on current affairs.

Some departments of UU offer scholarships to students who score well in entrance examinations. So, try to score well.
