Utkal University situated in Bhubaneswar, Odisha was established in 1943 and the university was laid by Dr. Rajendra Prasad (first president of India) and was inaugurated by Dr. S Radhakrishnan (second president of India). Utkal University is the 17th oldest university in India. It is the largest affiliating university in India with 576+ affiliated colleges of various branches. You have to contact the respective department. One of my friends who was preparing for the MFC exam got all the questions from the office of the Department of Commerce. They may charge you but it is a very reasonable amount.

It also depends on whether the department is giving the questions. For example, the MBA Department does not give any question papers for certain reasons.

I have a few friends from Utkal University, who used to stay in hostels. According to them, you can go out of hostels. You need to be back before the notified time in the evening. If you need to stay out beyond the curfew time, you will have to get permission from the superintendent or the deputy superintendent. If you need to stay out of the hostel for more than one day you will have to apply through proper channel.

In case of departmental occasions like freshers’ party or annual day, you can stay out late. An application forwarded by the departmental head will be enough.
