As of 2020, AIIMS all across India intake students for their MBBS program through NEET UG examination.

I am mentioning below the 2023 NEET UG cutoffs for AIIMS Rishikesh, for their MBBS program. These cutoffs are in ranks for AI Quota, for General, SC, ST and OBC candidates-

AIIMS does not declare their results as marks. There are two shifts in the exam, therefore, the institute releases the result as percentile scores.

According to the cut-off in the past 2 years, if you get a rank under 1000 then you have a fair chance to get admission in one of the new AIIMS in their 2nd or 3rd Counselling. This year's closing rank for AIIMS Rishikesh was 1386.
