The second semester welcomes the more engaging summer placements. Students will have to study for their subjects as well as prepare for the placements. So the first half of the second semester is extremely busy while the second half is relatively relaxed.

Culture: IIM Bangalore has a strong culture and your seniors always ensure that you are not facing any problem. They also arrange sector talks for placements, resume guidance, academic mentorship and help in interview preparation. There is a strong harmony among the seniors and juniors.
