What role do academics play for getting a call from SIBM, Pune and SCMHRD?

Past academics do not play as big of a role in getting a call from SIBM Pune and SCMHRD as you might think. The minimum eligibility criteria are having more than 50% (45% for caste) score in graduation. But it can still impact the overall selection process. 

GE+PI+WAT call is based solely on the SNAP test percentile, but during the personal interview round, the panel may ask questions about the candidate's academic background, performance, and achievements.
