NICMAR offers a total of 11 courses in MBA, which include construction, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. There are not many colleges in India that offers master's degree in these domains. So, if you want to make a career in one of the mentioned domains, you could consider going to NICMAR Pune. College life is fun here, but I personally feel that the fee they charge for various programs are a bit high. If ROI is not a concern for you, NICMAR is a great place for pursuing MBA.
