All of the options you've mentioned are reputable institutions with strong programs in their respective fields. However, the best choice for you will depend on your individual interests, goals, and priorities.
Lastly, my suggestion would be to target top NITs instead and not go for a mediocre branch. Additionally, you may want to reach out to current students or alumni of each institution to get a sense of their experiences.
IIT Mandi has been ranked 31st by NIRF for B.Tech Mechanical engineering amongst the top engineering colleges in the country. While IIT Tirupati and IIT Dharwad were recently established and haven't been ranked yet by NIRF. On the other hand IIT Dhanbad, previously known as ISM is ranked 12th according to NIRF for engineering physics.
