PEC Chandigarh is one the pioneer engineering colleges in Punjab. It is ranked 68th for BTech by NIRF 2020. It is a deemed university approved by AICTE and affiliated to Punjab University.

Admission Details 

• The eligibility for BTech is 10+2 with 75% with a valid score in JEE Main.
• The JEE cut off rank ranges from 14665-40237.
• The eligibility for MTech is Graduation with 60% with GATE exam scores.
• The course fee is 96,750 approx. for the 1st year.

• They have a total of 6 hostels 4 being boys hostel and 2 girls hostels.

Infrastructure

PEC University is a well known and reputed institution with a campus area of 146 acres. It has all the necessary facilities from library to sports ground and laboratories to hostels well equipped and sorted. 

PEC University has a Career Development and Guidance Centre that organizes workshops, resume sessions, mock group discussions, interviews, etc. to make the students interview and industry ready. They provide industrial internships and job offers for the students. The top recruiting companies include Google, IBM, Infosys, Deloitte, JP Morgan, etc. It offers 8 undergraduate BTech programs, 14 postgraduate MTech and PhD programs.
