Which program is better KJ Somaiya PGDM core or MMS core?

It is difficult to compare PGDM Core or MMS Core at KJ Somaiya. However, from the placement point of view, there is no difference as both the courses have common placements.

PGDM Core:

• At KJ Somaiya Institute of Management, students who enroll for the PGDM core program are open to a flexible option of adding or changing their subjects as per their interest as the management is very accommodating if students can provide a valid reason for the change.

• The curriculum is updated with the industry trends and the institute organizes multiple fests, workshops, and extra-curricular activities to ensure that students get the most out of their educational experience.

• Students can choose from a range of specialized courses in International Business, Financial Services, Marketing Communication, and Retail Management.

• Most of the students have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience and come from all across the country, providing for a diverse and multi-cultural environment. Students receive a diploma degree in management at the end of the program which is equivalent to an MBA degree.

MMS Core:

• The MMS degree program on the other hand has core management modules. Since the course structure has now become autonomous, the changes and updates in the curriculum are done as per the house faculty.
