Yes, Amity Business School, Noida is good for an MBA in terms of placements, faculty, and industry exposure. It has excellent reviews and is the dream college of many. It was ranked 28 out of 125 in India in 2023 by NIRF.
One of my friends there shed light on the placement scenario. Students are eligible for placements after the 3rd semester.
Overall, the average package offered is very low so it’s not advisable to pursue an MBA in HR from Amity University Noida.
No, Amity Noida is not a good option for an MBA in HR. Very few recruiting companies offer HR job roles. From the company pool, there will be hardly 2-3 companies offering HR job roles. Also, the placement packages offered are average. Amity Noida MBA placements 2022 concluded with an average CTC of INR 6 LPA.
Seeing my friend’s experience, I would definitely say a strong no. It is definitely not great for an MBA in HR. In case you have any experience previously, you will get an upper hand in the interview and secure placement. Very few companies visit the college with an HR profile.

As far as the B school in Noida is concerned, there are three institutes offering MBA within the campus. If you are seriously looking for a placement, I would suggest you join Amity Business School as it is the flagship program. The other business schools like Amity International Business School or Amity Global Business Schools are not that great.
You will have to do a lot of research before joining any of these programs.
