IMI Delhi and TAPMI Manipal are both amongst the top B-Schools of the country. Both colleges have a legacy and experience of almost 4 decades. In terms of rankings also, both colleges compete with each other. As per NIRF 2020, TAPMI has secured 27th position and IMI Delhi has secured 28th position in top 100 Management Institute of the country. While TAPMI is located in Manipal which is a university area, IMI Delhi has a slight edge when it comes to placements because of its Location in Delhi, NCR.

Admission Criteria: Admissions to both the colleges are on the basis of entrance examination- CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT etc. Selected candidates are further evaluated on the basis of WAT, Extempore and PI at IMI Delhi while at TAPMI Manipal, candidates have to go through WAT, GE, GD and PI rounds.
Both colleges offer Immersion Programs and Student Exchange Programs.
Campus: While TAPMI has its own campus, IMI Delhi has leased a building near the college for the hostel. One hostel of IMI Delhi is in the campus as well.
Faculty: Both colleges have extremely qualified faculty, strong alumni base, organise guest lectures for students, and have other clubs and committees like marketing club, finance club etc.
