Remarks :

During the admission process, I felt that the staff is quite rude and they were taking interviews on calls which were of no use. I think they should have a simple and understanding process so that everyone can understand all the details and can choose wisely.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Mostly a semester is for 6 months but University ends one semester in 4-5 months. Exams are of average level. If you study properly then getting passing marks is not too hard. Each and every question is from the syllabus itself.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

College only provides time for internships we have Thursday off for our internship every week. We ourselves have to select the clinics or the hospitals from where we can do internships. The only option from University for an internship is Sgt Hospital where there are no patients and no stipend.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

When I got admission to Sgt University I got a scholarship of 17500 in the first semester on the basis of my 12th marks. I am in the 4th semester and now they increased hostel fees from 66000 to 87500. Tuition fees are still 1lakh and that is completely worth it.

Campus Life :

There are many sports, fests and other activities on campus. In psychology, we have a club named as psyche in which we print magazines on psychology and organise curricular activities for behavioural science students. The classrooms are very comfortable as well as the library contains almost all the books.

Hostel Facilities :

I am living in the room of two seater with cooler. I am having bed, table, chair, cupboard, balcony and attached washroom. Food is not so good in mess and menu is also not fixed. Registration process is very easy as we only have to submit fees according to our room choice and give the slip to warden and she will show us our room. Hostel is not much affordable.

Our mentors are very supportive and kind they always help us to gain real-life experiences through multiple visits to health institutes, clinics, hospitals, NGOs, and rehabilitation centers. The faculty are Ph.D. holders.

Good institute provide good quality of education

Placement Experience:

From the final year of a bachelor of arts in the last semester, students become eligible for campus placements. So many companies visiting like Tech Mahindra, Telecom private limited, Infosys, Bajaj insurance and also so many other companies and 3-4 offers are made with good eligibility. The highest package is approximately 100000 and the average salary is 10000 something as per company-based eligibility. Above 60 per cent of students get placements with their knowledge. My plan after getting my degree is to prepare for UPSC, upsssc, Ips, ssc selection post, cgl, chsl exams.
