Remarks :

Eligibility of the course was nothing else but just the student must have taken maths in a previous class i.e. 12th. The application form is on their website which is very easy to find on google www.upgcm.ac.in

Course Curriculum Overview :

I was interested in IT technology which is why I pursued this course. The faculty here is really good and it is very easy to connect to teachers for better understanding. We have smartboards installed in each class which is of great help because the teacher can easily browse anything online and show it to us so that it becomes easier to understand. Internal exams occur mostly one and a half months after the semester starts and the duration of one semester is approx 3.5 months.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is quite ok in my point of view because in return they provide such a good campus, also there are plenty of extracurricular activities which are going side by side which increases the value of your resume. Plus the staff is also very nice except for a few. And they have the latest technology which is a bonus point for IT students. Deloitte, Capgemini, and TCS are the campus jobs offered to students.

Campus Life :

There are plenty of fests that happen throughout the year but being an IT student I was a part of the TECHVANZA event which happens once a year and every year. They give you certificates in whichever department you worked for like I was in the ADMIN department so I had to look out for forms that had to be passed to different colleges and their students when they arrive. Basically, we had to look out for each dept. and their work. Apart from techvanza there are many different events which are also very useful.

I was fond of computers as well as coding so, I went on with Bachelor's in Science in Information Technology. We had 6 semesters of 4-5 months each in a span of 3 years. For each semester we have 5 subjects. so we had 5 different faculty for each subject. Most of the faculty had done their masters in the same course namely Master in Science IT.

Survival of the fittest

Course Curriculum Overview:

NMIMS is the best college in India for B.Sc. economics. The course is very inclusive. Teacher: Student ratio is around 1:30. The faculty is well-qualified and teaches everything practically.
