Remarks :

Eligibility for admission in UEM Kolkata is the candidate must need 75% marks in 10+2 and also 65% in the 10th examination. The admission application can be found at their official website uem.edu.in. To secure a seat candidate must appear in the jee main wb jee or iem jee exam with rank. The reservation process started after the wbjee or jee main exam.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This college can provide you with a good environment for studies and encourages you to learn something new. The facilities are good, this college has enough facilities to control the system of teaching and management. Many of the facilities come from a well-known university and their teaching methods are very good this college can provide audio-visual methods of studies with proper examples and the facilities are too much experienced. This college followed the proper schedule of an academic calendar of its own and the exam was tough to pass but if the student followed every class lecture then it was not tough enough.

Internships Opportunities :

The college provides various internship offers which can be applied through various platforms some of them are paid and some of them are unpaid but both will help to gain experience. The students are quite good at performing the assigned task which was given by the companies.

Placement Experience :

From 6th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement. TCS, CTS, CAPGEMINI, L&T, INFOSYS, DELOITTE, and many more companies came with various offers to the students. The highest package is almost 12 lakh per annum and the average package is 4.8 lakh per annum. Almost 95 percent students get placed with one offer and among them, some students get 2-3 offers. I want to do higher studies after getting this degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college has fees of 6lakh for 4 years the major component of this fee is based on the tuition fee. The candidate or the student if came in the eligibility criteria for the scholarship then they can avail of a government scholarship like SVM and the college also provides its personal scholarship on the student's performance. The college also provides various job opportunities for each student.

Campus Life :

The name of the annual fest is ECSTASIA and the name of the tech fest is URECKON these fests provide huge enjoyment to the students and there are many more fests occurring in this college like EUTOPIA. The library is always open for each student during college time so that students can borrow books and they can read the books from the library easily Ebooks or e-library are also present, and this college library provides journals to the students who are interested to read them. The classrooms are quite good and each classroom has a projector and sound to enhance the level of study. There are many extracurricular activities that take place in this college like cricket football basketball etc. There are several groups present in the college like a singing group dama club coding club etc.

The Good college and very good.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good on the campus GKCIET especially trains and encourages the students to sit for internships and placements. A student is eligible to sit for the internships at the beginning of the third and placements from the beginning of the third and placements from beginning of the final year .. a student can manage to get a PPO after completing the internship in the 3 rd which is also encouraged by the student. The other criteria regarding placements and intership are quite well-defined in the GKCIET

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because the profile came to know that the professor of this college is very good for the mechanical branch the faculty and student ratio is good for the study of the student qualification of the faculty and review teacher is like that they are good in English and they no proper way of teaching the timing of the term of the exam is first exam is midterm in which the question is of 25 marks and we have to give at least 20 marks answer it is conducted after 3 months of the beginning of the course and after the midterm exam there is another in term exam.
