Remarks :

I took the JEE entrance exam. The cutoff was around 23000 for outsiders and 25000 for Haryana people (these are only general category ranks). For application, just fill in this choice while choice filling after jee results. EWS category gets a little advantage by around 500 to 1000 ranks, for OBC fluctuation is about 10000 ranks, and for SC/ST, you need a rank of around 90000 to 120000. The admission process is fine.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This course is about electric circuits and machines along with microprocessors so it is very fun learning about them as they are used in almost everything we use in our daily life. Studet to faculty ratio is around 5: 1. Faculty members are highly qualified with M.Tech and Ph.D. degrees from esteemed colleges around the world. The first midterms occur after 1 month after the start of the sem the second ones are after 3 months and then after 4 months end sems are there.

Class Size : 45Course Fees : INR 180000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Many companies visit for internship opportunities like Flipkart, Amazon, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Adobe, Atlassian, Trilogy, Codenation, etc. For the roles of data analyst, SDE, and jobs including management. Companies for core also come.

Placement Experience :

The internship semester starts in the 6th semester in which we are either offered internships or projects, overall it is a practical experience semester in which many companies like Amazon, Flipkart, and Microsoft come and recruit. Same with placements, overall placements are fine here.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure depends upon your family income: For below 1 lakhs people, it is almost free. For 1 to 5 lakh people it is around 35k per sem. For above lakhs, it is around 80000 per sem. About campus jobs, almost 70% get placed.

Campus Life :

Techspradha and Confluence are some of the fests that occur in our college. Sometimes celebrities such as Aman Dhatarwal and Honey Singh come. It is very fun on campus except food of mess. There are many clubs like cell, dance, acting, singing, etc.

Hostel Facilities :

It is a single room with a table, chair, fan, almirah, and a bed in the room. The hostel is kinda very clean and the meal at our mess is sometimes very fine but sometimes it is just fine. Our Hostel is H10 between.

Hostel Fee : INR 18000 per year

The IIIT Review

Placement Experience:

4th year students according to me become eligible for college placements. IIIT Sonepat Placements 2023 recorded 78.79% placements. Out of 99 eligible students, 78 students were placed with 117 offers. IIIT Sonepat highest package increased by about 3% to INR 52 LPA whereas IIIT Sonepat's average package increased by 18% to INR 16.51 LPA. Recruiters like Amazon, Jio, Woovly, Deloitte, Juspay, Yamaha etc participated in IIIT Sonepat Placements 2023. I plan To Do an M.Tech from IIT through the GATE exam.

My life at DCRUST

Placement Experience:

I' m from a civil branch so obviously placement opportunities but a student still manages to get placement in companies like TCS on the basis of coding culture. CSE and ECE students need to just cross 7-8 CGPA for sitting in placement cells and based on their interviews their packages depend.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curricula are based on providing technical skills as well as fundamental theories. All faculty members are very good and provide good education to students but some are like okay, because they do not take their classes regularly. I chose this course because I am interested in the technical part as well as the software part of machines. The student-teacher ratio of all the courses in this college is like 1 teacher for 60 students. Most faculty members have master in their degrees and the teaching methods of some teachers are very good but some are very bad.
