Remarks :

The admission process was pretty good in fact better than expected. The admission was based on JEE Mains rank. Regarding application queries head to josaa website. 6 rounds of josaa counseling are conducted. Reservations are there for all types of people.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am passionate about computer science and engineering so I chose this course to explore in this field. Faculty just teach in their own way in a hurry to complete the syllabus. Per semester one mid and end sem exams are conducted.

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 63000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

1.18lalhs per semester for above 10lakh income category 1-5 lakhs and below 1lakh will have different scenarios. Both government and private scholarships are available. Campus placements are very good. 2nd best nit in terms of placements

Campus Life :

. It is a safe and secure campus. Students will find the beautiful and peaceful campus a great place to live. When they wish to do something there are a lot of choices available to them. Students can pursue the passions they bring to the campus. Or they can take up new ones. There are many recreational facilities, hobby clubs, sports facilities and cultural societies on campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because my family wants me to become an engineer. So I chose electrical engineering student because I have an idea in my mind to do something big in this field. Here the faculties are very good and for electrical engineering, it is awesome. All the teachers are good. So if you want to know about students ratio then you'll see girls are very low. If you ask me about mine then in my batch only 24 girls are there out of 150 boys. Here most of the faculties are from IITs or NITs and PhD holders. if you'll ask me to rate the course and faculty I'll give you 8 /10. Here exams are held semester vice. And CTS are also there

IIT Kanpur : Overly underrated

Placement Experience:

You get placed in your 4th year and the highest package was off campus around 4 cr and on campus was 2.4 cr and the average is 18 LPA around. If you sit for placement with a decent prep you are most likely to get placed. And yup I too am hoping for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I have an interest in electrical things so I decided to opt for it. The faculty of the electrical engineering branch is well qualified there are lots of professors who graduated from IITs if we talk about the student ratio it is equal to a ratio of 1:84. Every two months minor exam is held and It is quite difficult to pass if you are not prepared from the start. After two minor exams, there is a final exam held called majors in which the full syllabus of the semester is asked.
