Remarks :

Eligibility was to crack the JEE MAINS exam and on the basis of your rank branch was alloted. Reservation is for OBC/SC/ST/PWD students. Every process should be more transparent to students. And the Scholarship department of our college is very bad. The whole batch hasn't received the UP Scholarship this year.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am highly interested in Computer Science which is why I left my IIT seats and joined this college. Few Faculty is very good and others need improvements. The faculty is highly qualified. There are two exams in one semester One is mid sem has a 20% weightage and the other ends sem has a 60% weightage.

Class Size : 95Course Fees : INR 92500 per year

Internships Opportunities :

All FAANG and big companies visit our college for internships and placements. Stats are really good for our college. Seniors helping juniors is the best part of the internship and placements at this college and the Training and placement Representative are students in this college.

Placement Experience :

The placement of this college is very good. and has a 27lpa avg package for cse branch. FAANG companies visit our college and more than 300+ companies visit of college. More than 90% of students are placed. To do better in the industry and start a startup.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Mess fees have been recently increased in our college from 15k to 25k and food quality is almost the same as the previous one. There is lots of scholarship that is mentioned on the college website one can see. Intern and placement stats are very good.

Campus Life :

The annual fest of this college is not so good. College doesn't financially support fest. We have to find a sponsor for our fest. Even the college doesn't provide sufficient resources to organize the fest. Sport is quite good in this college but again the college doesn't provide any financial support. Lots of committees but they don't and good fund to put it forward.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because my family wants me to become an engineer. So I chose electrical engineering student because I have an idea in my mind to do something big in this field. Here the faculties are very good and for electrical engineering, it is awesome. All the teachers are good. So if you want to know about students ratio then you'll see girls are very low. If you ask me about mine then in my batch only 24 girls are there out of 150 boys. Here most of the faculties are from IITs or NITs and PhD holders. if you'll ask me to rate the course and faculty I'll give you 8 /10. Here exams are held semester vice. And CTS are also there

IIT Kanpur : Overly underrated

Placement Experience:

You get placed in your 4th year and the highest package was off campus around 4 cr and on campus was 2.4 cr and the average is 18 LPA around. If you sit for placement with a decent prep you are most likely to get placed. And yup I too am hoping for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I have an interest in electrical things so I decided to opt for it. The faculty of the electrical engineering branch is well qualified there are lots of professors who graduated from IITs if we talk about the student ratio it is equal to a ratio of 1:84. Every two months minor exam is held and It is quite difficult to pass if you are not prepared from the start. After two minor exams, there is a final exam held called majors in which the full syllabus of the semester is asked.
