Remarks :

The eligibility- Candidate must pass class 12 for the undergraduate program, for masters candidate must have a bachelor's degree. The application form is available on the college website, application fee is between 1,000 - 1500.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Because I had an interest in economics. sufficient teachers are there, the faculty-student ratio is 1: 50. The faculties were highly qualified in their respective field, teaching method was also good. Two times college internal exam and lastly final exam held, if a student study well then one can easily pass all the examination.

Internships Opportunities :

For my course no internship was provided for other courses such as BBA, BCom, etc. internship may be it was there, not sure about what stipend they got. Time to time projects were given to students of every class some group and individual task.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee was not raised during my course period, it was fixed for every year. The scholarship is available for students belonging to OBC, SC, ST, and economically weaker sections. For BA economics, there were no good placement opportunities.

Campus Life :

There were many fests conducted such as CHISPA. The library is there and a good amount of book is available for all the course, a newspaper and monthly magazine is also provided. The classroom was decent, some smart classroom was also there. The sports facility were there for football, basketball, volleyball, etc. regular extra-curricular was conducted on different occasions

Interview Experience :

There was no GD during my time, the interview was there. To get admission students need to fill out the form through the college website, give an interview if selected submit all the documents, and pay the fees. Normal questions were asked in the interview so no need to worry about preparation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am from a Humanities background so took Political science subject. The faculty-student ratio was not fixed after all it was open university. The faculties for respective subjects were well qualified and the teaching method was traditional. There was only a yearly exam and before the exam, I needed to submit assignments for my chosen subjects. The difficulty level is like any other university exam.

Placement Experience:

The placements cell offers jobs as well as internships. Unfortunately, I am not privy to a lot of information because I am only in 2nd year right now. Each course will have different packages offered to the students. After getting the degree I am actually planning to get a Masters's degree and Phd myself.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Philosophy as I liked studying that. There are 4 faculty members and 18 students in my term. Teachers are really good at explaining which shows how much they've studied. Term exams are timely and passing requires adequate effort.

The training and placement cell of the college starts taking data from students right before the start of the second year. After that, they start sending opportunities for internships in their own fields and courses chosen.
