The faculty-student ratio is 1:50.
For internships, most of the top MNCs used to come, such as Persistent, Cybage, Xento, Infosys, and PTC Software.
It gets one of the best placements in India. The rest will get to know when the time comes.
The fee structure is good. The college has provided us the option to pay either in one installment or in two installments. Scholarships are also provided by the college, and campus jobs are really awesome. They guide us from beginning to end.
MITWPU is one of the best colleges in Pune when it comes to the fest, infrastructure, and extracurricular activities.
The hostel has very good features and cleanliness. It costs 35,000 per semester for two people sharing a room, which includes food as well. There are separate accommodations for boys and girls.
The college management is excellent, and students are helped at all points and given counseling if they need it.

Dislike

The international tour that was promised at the time of admission has not been fulfilled.
This college wants to prove that they have a 100% placement rate and they make their students sit for placements where the pay is really low, and they even harass us for not participating in the placement process. If the payment is average, then Ill definitely consider sitting for it.
There is no such facility in the college. What should I write to complete my answer if the answer is no?
For commerce and arts stream students, there are no labs or anything like that. Even sports opportunities for this stream are very limited.
5 lakh rupees is the hostel fee for a year. The environment around is also very dirty; it\s unhygienic, and the condition is pathetic.
According to many factors and criteria, college has many positive points over negative points. The only negative remark or downside is that the fee structure is very expensive, so economically weak students will be unable to take admission here.

MITWPU Scholarship

MIT World Peace University provides merit scholarships to reward and motivate the meritorious students with financial assistance based on their academic performance, the performance in proposed National level/State Level entrance including MIT - WPU internal tests (UGPET & PGPET) for the academic year 2022-23. The categories of Merit Scholarships are detailed below:

Dz Vishwanath Karad Merit Scholarship: This scholarship would provide a 100% waiver on the tuition fees for all the years to the top 5% of students under the given program subject to the fulfillment of conditions mentioned under the respective policy.
MIT -WPU Merit Scholarship: This scholarship is based on the merit of the students and applicable to the first year of the program(s) and valid for the academic year where it is announced. In this Merit Scholarship, there are 5 categories of Scholarships namely 1) 100% fee waiver 2) 75% fee waiver 3) 50% fee waiver 4) 25% fee waiver 5) 10% fee waiver.
Scholarship to Rank Holders: This scholarship is awarded to rank holders of the program every year, securing 1st or 2nd rank in respective MIT-WPU annual examinations. The rank holder scholarship will be awarded to eligible students from the second year of the program and onwards.
Scholarships to Elite Sportsperson: This scholarship is awarded to deserving sportspersons based on their participation/ performance in nationally/internationally recognized sports competitions/events.
Scholarship awarded to Wards of MIT WPU/ MAEER’s Staff Members
Special Scholarships: This scholarship will be awarded to students having high potential in the fields such as entrepreneurship & Innovation, Sports, Arts, Cultural, Design, Media, and Social Activities.
Other Scholarships

The criteria for awarding the scholarships for various programs and categories are given in the subsequent paragraphs:

Dz Vishwanath Karad Merit Scholarship

This scholarship provides a 100% tuition fee waiver (or the entire program duration subject to fulfillment of the below-mentioned conditions by the student and the conditions updated from time to time by the University in this regard.
The number of scholarships to be awarded is proportionate to actual intake and not more than 5% of the approved intake in the respective program.
The Scholarship shall be awarded to eligible students on a First Come First Serve basis & scholarship seats are vacant (wherever applicable).
The program wise criteria for a 100% waiver of tuition fees for the entire program duration.

Scholarship to Rank Holders

This scholarship is awarded to the rank holders of UG, PG & Integrated Diploma [6Yrs.] programs (expect M.Tech & M.Pharm where the stipend is applicable) every year who secure 1st & 2nd ranks in respective MIT-WPU annual examinations. This Scholarship will be awarded to eligible students from the second year onwards & not applicable to the students who are already availing of Dr. Vishwanath Karad's 100% Merit Scholarship & to those who are availing of any type of stipend. The first topper is eligible for 50% & the second topper is eligible for a 25% scholarship.

Scholarship to Elite Sportsman

Any student(s) who participates 1 wins a medal at west zone inter-university, all India inter-university, national or international level while representing MIT-WPU or playing for any govt. sponsored Govt. recognized official sports organization (IDA, BCCI, etc.) in any nationally 1 internationally recognized sporting event; in individual or team sports; would be eligible for the following scholarship; only in the year he/she wins the medal.
