Remarks :

The admission process was not that harsh as compared to other colleges, our college asked for the 12th board percentage along with the JEE percentile and shortlisted the students list. There was no such entrance exam at the time of joining but an introductory test placed by the admission cell coordinator. To find the application form I visited the NCU official website and filled in the necessary details. Just remember, while joining come along with the photocopy and original valid ID proof certificate with board marksheet and JEE marks. No such improvement is required according to me. The admission process is up to the mark as it is a private university.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose BTech at NorthCap University (formerly ITM) because it comes among the top universities in Haryana for engineering. It has good placements and it provides packages that a skilled child should deserve. Moreover, Engineering is the new future of society and I am interested in coding. To get a good placement I chose this course. The faculty at NCU is very understandable. Every topic regarding the subject is taught with excellence. A teacher's cooperative behavior helps students to learn more and more. As of now, we have cleared the 1st year and mostly all of the teachers who taught us were DRs or Ph.D. scholars. Two examinations took place every semester: Minors and Majors. As the name itself tells that majors are more important than minors but marks should be scored in both the exam to qualify.

Internships Opportunities :

After the completion of the second year each and every student has to join an internship and needs to submit a report on what they have learned and what skills have reciprocated. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro offer internships with a good stipend.

Placement Experience :

There are good campus placements in the college. Many big companies pick students who are skilled and ready to work. Companies provide good packages to them as well. However, those students who are left are taught to pick off-campus placements. Till 2022 the highest package is 48LPA and the minimum package is 3.5LPA. more than 70% of students are getting placed through NCU. After my degree, I have the same plans as well. Select a perfect job by sitting in college placements and if this is not possible then off-campus placements will work

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The BTech Course fee is 300000 per year and every year it increases by 3%. It is a bit costly for some students but it is worth paying for the course. NCU provides us with the best placements in Gurugram in comparison to other universities in terms of stipend in an internship or package in a job. Companies like TCS mass recruit students with good packages and many other companies pick students for here such as Infosys, Wipro, Airtel, etc.

Campus Life :

The annual fest also known as Momentum occurs in the Month of November. Fest includes various activities and each and every one can participate and enjoy. Superstars also visit the campus and perform during the fest. Momentum makes the year more memorable. We have a library where each and every student can access any book for free and can issue it as per his needs. There is no need to purchase books as more than 70000 books are present in the library. Sports events also take place on the campus. We have Cricket, Football, and Volleyball where we compete with other universities and everyone can join the team if he/she is a skilled player. There are social groups and clubs where people can learn many things such as helping others by donating in donation drives, acting, singing, dancing, recreating things from waste, and entrepreneurship. Some Clubs are Prayaas NCU, NSS NCU, ENACTUS, and GDSC NCU.

Placement Experience:

4th year students according to me become eligible for college placements. IIIT Sonepat Placements 2023 recorded 78.79% placements. Out of 99 eligible students, 78 students were placed with 117 offers. IIIT Sonepat highest package increased by about 3% to INR 52 LPA whereas IIIT Sonepat's average package increased by 18% to INR 16.51 LPA. Recruiters like Amazon, Jio, Woovly, Deloitte, Juspay, Yamaha etc participated in IIIT Sonepat Placements 2023. I plan To Do an M.Tech from IIT through the GATE exam.

Placement Experience:

I' m from a civil branch so obviously placement opportunities but a student still manages to get placement in companies like TCS on the basis of coding culture. CSE and ECE students need to just cross 7-8 CGPA for sitting in placement cells and based on their interviews their packages depend.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curricula are based on providing technical skills as well as fundamental theories. All faculty members are very good and provide good education to students but some are like okay, because they do not take their classes regularly. I chose this course because I am interested in the technical part as well as the software part of machines. The student-teacher ratio of all the courses in this college is like 1 teacher for 60 students. Most faculty members have master in their degrees and the teaching methods of some teachers are very good but some are very bad.
