Remarks

I gave entrance exams like CAT, MAT, SNAP for targeting different colleges. The colleges I went for was 1. Jaipuria 2. Bimtech 3. JIMS Rohini 4. Delhi school of Business ( VIPS ) 5. Amity 6. Chandigarh University 7. UPES Dehradun And so on As I searched it on platforms including college dekhlo or college duniya. I did get offer from Jaipuria for ( jaipur campus, Indore), JiMS rohini, Delhi school of business VIPS. I wanted jaipuria Noida campus but due unavailability of seats I didn't got it, then I went for JIMS Rohini. I got offer later from there after completing all rounds like, GD,& PI. The fees was also affordable it was around Rs 8,25,000. The metro was also very near to the campus but the infrastructure part where it lacks according to me. The building was very old and the sizes of classroom were also small. The campus was not big. Secondly I went for DSB part of VIPS campus when I entered the campus my first thought was Yes it's the best option for me, infrastructure was good, campus is big it does have plenty of parking space, nearest metro station that is also Two. And the major part fees ( 925000)for two years and the placement is decent. Avg package 5-6 L, medium 7-8, highest 9-12.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

Tata trent selected 4 students for 5tottal for 2 months

Placement Experience

2

college does promote 100 percent placement. But I can't say much about it because taking placement from college is individual choice some take it and some join there business and some go for off campus But the avg package is 6L ,.med is 8-10L ,high is 12L

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

I don't know about the EWS, SC,ST but the college fees is 925000, if person have good score in cat then he/she get scholarship upto 70k. I paid 925000. Which is lower than Bimetch, Jaipuria, Amity, but higher then JIMS rohini.

Campus Life

2

As I already mentioned the infrastructure is good college have all current facilities which is necessary for students. Projector classrooms, lift for the safety purpose college have 1 PCR van always on duty. Plenty of parking spaces For entry students must have id card which are embedded chip for authentication college canteen area quit small as compared to volume of students For ug students college do have parties and events, society events and fest organised by authorities But for the pg students there is no much activities accept for the 1-2 event that sports day only plus workshop, and industrial visit that parale factory and cocca cola factory

Hostel Facilities

2

Most of the students live in PG so I don't know about it. college don't have their personal hostel as such so student prefer near by accomodation. Yes they do have separate pg for boys and girls have timing. They lift facilities in their to access that students are provided lift card .Can't say much Talking about PG they do separate pg for boys and girls and the avg room rent for single stay range from 12k to 16k including all expenses electricity, food, washing etc Some pg have washing facilities some don't have.

Exam Structure

The college accept multiple entrances exam like cat, cmat, mat Mostly students come by cat, cmat a few by mat. For scholarship students must have given CAT. The admission process is simple they will guide you. Fill the application form from their website and you get notified by them for further process that is campus tour, orientation, GD, PI and final offer.

In my opinion no course is easy or hard rather it depends on the interest of the particular which he/ she possess. I am doing Bachelor's of Commerce and I find it interesting and exciting so I am happy doing it. I would say B.Com in today's world has a wide scope as commerce is leading the world now.I would suggest that anyone with less mathematical knowledge or no interest in business shouldn't opt for this field. There are 2 semester exams in a year in which there are 3 internal test in each semester. The two internal are written test and the other is an assignment. The best of two among these three is considered and taken. The class timings are from 9.30 am to 3pm and almost all the classes happens everyday. The faculties of the college is literally the best. I admire Sir Tenzing Norbu, Ma'am Jasmine Kimsing, Dr. Raju Goyary as they have been the best teachers I have come across till date. There is a very strict rule for the attendance as the management is very particular about it. The minimum required percentage is 75% to appear in both the internal as well as the Semester exams. If one doesn't fulfill the criteria he/she gets barred from writing the exams.

Final placements start around January or Feb, while in our last semester. The process is long and goes on till May. In the recent round more than 600 offers were made from companies. Not everyone gets placed around 40% students sit for placements and 70% of them gets placed. The college doesn't do anything extra to get them placed as max no. Of students go for MBA by giving cat exam Average ctc - 4.8 Lpa Highest ctc - 21.5 LPA Most preferred companies are Deloitte, EY, Bajaj Capital as they give good salary The placement comitee helps by telling them about other jobs. Overall students with better grades are given good offers

As am from second year I don't know much about placements. about the placement committee they are not that active that you can rely on them for placements. mostly students build profiles on linkedin and stay updated with the recruitments going on. Also sessions and seminars are conducted for profile building that are good. As of 2023, highest package was of around 37 lacs and an average package of around 6 to 7 lacs. the specialisations offered with this course are HR, FINANCE AND MARKETING.

Placement Experience:

After the completion of final semester exams the final placement starts. It takes around a month for placement to officially get over. Around 10-15% students get final placement and the others don't. The college provides placement opportunity for many many years to ex students as well. The average ctc is around 3-4Lpa, the hightest is around 12Lpa and the lowest can go to 1-1.5 Lpa. Amazon, delloite etc are the most proffered ones don't know about their avg ctc. The placement committee has a strong role in guiding students and giving them opportunity in the placement drive of the college, it also provides many mock interview practices and expert counselling to know more about placements and yes the process is 100% transparent.

Placement Experience:

1. Placement Timeline: Final placements typically start in late January or early February and continue until the end of March. The process usually takes about two to three months to complete. 2. Placement Success Rate: While most students do get placed, about 10-15% may remain unplaced during final placements. To assist those unplaced, the college offers additional workshops, personalized mentoring, and access to companies that may not participate in the main placement drive. 3. CTC Offered: Average CTC: Approximately ₹6-8 LPA. Highest CTC: Can reach up to ₹20 LPA, especially from leading consulting and tech firms. Lowest CTC: Some students may accept offers around ₹3-4 LPA, particularly in smaller companies or startups. 4. Preferred Companies: Most preferred companies include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and various consulting firms like Deloitte and Accenture. The average CTC from these companies typically ranges from ₹6-10 LPA. 5. Bulk Hiring Companies: Companies like Cognizant, TCS, and Wipro are known for bulk hiring. These companies generally offer average CTCs of around ₹6-8 LPA. 6. Role of the Placement Committee: The placement committee is responsible for coordinating the placement process, inviting companies, conducting mock interviews, and providing guidance to students. While the process is generally transparent, some students feel that it could be improved, particularly regarding information sharing about job roles and company profiles. Overall, transparency is moderate but could benefit from clearer communication.
