IIM Trichy has successfully completed placements for its Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) and Post Graduate Program in Human Resources (PGPM-HR) for the 2024 batch. According to the placement report, the highest and average packages for the PGPM batch reached INR 43.69 LPA and INR 19.43 LPA, respectively. The institute attracted over 192 leading companies, resulting in 329 job offers for the PGPM batch. Notable recruiters included Accenture, Adani Group, Aditya Birla Capital, Air India, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Amazon, AON, among others. In addition to the final placements, IIM Trichy has also concluded summer placements for the 2024 batch.
