Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Organization at the University of Nottingham is a 1-year program.
It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis.
This program will sharpen student's understanding of leadership, change management, the development and retention of talent, and the challenges of managing people in multicultural and global contexts.
Students will also have the opportunity to learn from world-class experts and participate in highly interactive lectures, workshops, case study analyses, and blogs.
This course is accredited by the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) which offers the full exemption from the advanced diploma.
In the autumn and spring semesters, students will take 120 credits of taught modules. Each module typically consists of 10 two to three-hour sessions.
Students will complete a 60-credit dissertation over the summer.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have a 2:1 or international equivalent degree in any discipline, excluding specialist degrees in human resource management and/or organisations from a recognized university.
Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL or PTE to get admission in this program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete one of the following eligibility criteria:

Students should hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, usually in a relevant subject area. This should be equivalent to at least a UK ‘Upper Second Class (2:1)’ or ‘Lower Second Class (2:2)’ degree.
Students from elite institutions will be required to obtain a minimum overall average of 7 / 10 or 60%. These are the college minimum scores and particular departments may seek grades at a higher level.
