- Students will focus on all aspects of accounting from financial markets and institutions to the global business environment; meeting the expectations of global accountancy bodies, leading to maximum exemptions from professional exams including ICEAW, ACCA, CIMA, and AIA when they graduate.
- Students will have access to real-world business experiences and challenges. Simulations with companies within the accounting sector are embedded in student’s degree, underpinning their learning with real-world application. Students will use live financial data in University of Gloucestershire Thomson Reuters Trading room and gain insight into the industry with specialist guest lecturers.
- Working from a new, state-of-the-art center at Oxstalls campus in Gloucester. The ’18 million development is home to University of Gloucestershire Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Law and Accounting and Finance courses.
- Learn through student-led workshops, seminars, group work, reflective practice, computing workshops, problem-solving challenges, and presenting. Students personal tutor will provide them with academic support and help them to develop their career based on their interests. Students will have opportunities to work with leading accountancy and finance businesses abroad as part of their international trip and be able to complete a work placement as part of their degree.
- Students will specialise later in the degree with subjects including taxation principles and practice, corporate accountability, and social and environmental accounting.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have an official secondary school transcript to get admission.
- Students are required to maintain at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
- In addition, they also accept International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 26 points or Advanced Placement International Diploma with an average of Grade 3 or above for entry to undergraduate programs.
Indian Eligibility:
- Successful completion of Higher Secondary Certificate/Indian School Certificate/Standard XII with a minimum of 65% from CISCE and CBSE boards.
- To meet the University of Gloucestershire’s English language entry requirements, international students will need to have taken an English Proficiency test of IELTS/TOEFL or any equivalent test.
