Students start their career as paramedics in a challenging and rewarding program developed in partnership with South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT). If students are looking for an exhilarating and rewarding career as a Paramedic working at the frontline of healthcare, the University of Gloucestershire’s Paramedic Science degree will equip students with the tools and experience they need to be successful.
Students will use ultra-realistic Lifecast body simulation manikins, helping to prepare students for both the emotional and physical challenges students will face in treating patients of all ages. The University of Gloucestershire’s the first UK university paramedic program with a SynDaver anatomy model – allowing them to familiarise themselves with the look and feel of live human tissues and organs as they work with the most accurate and lifelike synthetic replication of human anatomy available.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have an official secondary school transcript to get admission.
Students are required to maintain at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
In addition, they also accept International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 26 points or Advanced Placement International Diploma with an average of Grade 3 or above for entry to undergraduate programs.
Selection for this course is by interview.

Indian Eligibility:

Successful completion of Higher Secondary Certificate/Indian School Certificate/Standard XII with a minimum of 65% from CISCE and CBSE boards.
To meet the University of Gloucestershire’s English language entry requirements, international students will need to have taken an English Proficiency test of IELTS/TOEFL or any equivalent test.
