This is a two-year full-time programme leading to an MA and a professional qualification in social work.

Situated within the broader environment of social sciences, this programme provides a theoretical and critical approach to the acquisition and appreciation of knowledge about social work practice and its context. Principles of human rights are core.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

  • 2:2 honors degree in any subject
  • Relevant professional experience provided by any reference
  • Official transcripts of all the previous school, college or universities attended

English Language Requirements: 

  • IELTS: 6.5 overall minimum with 5.5 in each subskill
  • TOEFL IBT: minimum 90 overall with 17 in writing, 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking
  • PTE Academic: 62 minimum overall with 59 in all communicative skills

Indian Student Specific Requirements: 

  • Average of 78-81% in top 4 subjects (not including physical education) in Senior Secondary Examination (Std XII)
