This Health Studies (International) BSc Honours course is offered at the Bangor University.

The programme will enable Nurses & health professionals (including but not necessarily limited to roles such as Arts Therapist, Biomedical Scientist, Chiropodist / podiatrist, Clinical Scientist, Dietician, Hearing Aid Dispenser, Occupational Therapist, Operating Department Practitioner, Orthoptist, Paramedic, Physiotherapist, Practitioner Psychologist, Prosthetist / Orthotist, Radiographer, Speech and Language Therapist etc.) to develop graduate, lifelong learning skills together with the use of evidence based practice to enhance current professional and academic skills. Additional skills such as critical thinking and problem solving will enhance current professional and academic skills. Transferable skills will therefore be developed which will enhance both the employability and career progression of the registered professional overall.
