- As part of Northumbria’s innovative and flexible LLM Law framework, the International Commercial Law specialism has been designed to meet the needs of legal practitioners within this field, as well as finance professionals who may benefit from a deeper contextual understanding.
- It is not necessary to have an undergraduate law qualification and there are no jurisdictional restrictions, so students will be part of a diverse and intellectually stimulating cohort.
- Students will learn from each other’s experiences in a relaxed and collaborative environment.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- A minimum of a 2:2 honors degree in either law, a relevant social science-based discipline, or a relevant non-law degree.
- Students with relevant professional qualifications or suitable work experience will also be considered.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students need an undergraduate degree with 55% (52% from Delhi/Mumbai/Pune Universities).
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
