This physics degree provides an exciting chance to develop your interests in astronomy and cosmology alongside your core undergraduate Physics studies. It includes theory and observation methods, together with practical work experience in our custom-built, on-campus observatory to ensure you gain the skills you need to become a professional physicist. It’s accredited by the Institute of Physics which means that you can achieve Chartered Physicist status sooner.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students require 12 years of school education and successful completion of a school leaving certificate equivalent to UK 'A' Levels.
- International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma is required.
- GCSE: Grade 4/C in English and Mathematics
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed their high school education from recognized institution.
- Or, completed a Diploma in relevant field.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
