The MLitt in German Studies is a one-year taught programme run by the Department of German in the School of Modern Languages. The programme is aimed at those looking to expand their understanding and knowledge of the literature, culture and history of German or to continue at PhD level.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a minimum of a second class honours degree or equivalent.
- Applicants without the formal qualifications but with significant appropriate/relevant work/life experience are encouraged to apply.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL or PTE to get admission in this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students must complete their bachelors degree from a recognized university.
- Students must complete their graduation with 50% from Tier 1 College/ University
(namely University of Mumbai, University of Calcutta, University of Delhi) or graduating with 55% from a Tier 2 College/University.
