For admission to the LL.B. and the integrated B.A.LL.B. course, the candidate must have have obtained a rank in LAWCET, a state-level undergraduate law entrance exam administered online by the university.
Admission to most of the postgraduate courses are done through Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET) examination. The university considers the marks obtained by the candidates in their previous qualifying examination and in AUCET examination for preparation of the merit list for various courses. For all the other PG courses, admission will be purely based on the merit of the candidates in the previous qualifying examination.

For the research courses, the university also conducts a separate entrance test called Dr. BRAURESET entrance exam.
Key Points to Note :
- Applications should be submitted through online only.
- In every course of study and category 85% of the available seats are reserved in favour of the Local Candidates from the districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Prakasam belonging to Andhra University area.
- The remaining 15% seats can be competed by the locals and non-locals.
- Only local candidates are eligible for admission under NCC, PH, CAP, NSS and Sports categories.
- 33.33% of the seats in each course shall be reserved in favour of women candidates in each category. This rule of reservation shall not be applicable if women candidates selected on merit in each category form 33.33% or more of the seats therein.BRAU Srikakulam UG Admission.
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University (BRAU) offers a number of UG courses in the field of Arts, Commerce, Science, Law and Education. In addition, it also offers bachelor’s degree in business administration. Duration of all these UG courses are 3 years except LL.B. (5 years).
Admission to the regular and integrated LL.B. course is done based on the rank obtained by the candidates in AP-LAWCET (Andhra Pradesh Common Entrance Test for law programmes.
Admission to all the other UG courses at BRAU is done on the basis of marks obtained at the 10+2 or equivalent level.

BRAU Srikakulam PG Admission 2023
Dr. B.R.Ambedkar University Srikakulam offers a plethora of courses at the postgraduate level under which includes M.A., M.Sc., M.B.A., M.C.A., M.Com., M.Ed., LL.M, M.Tech., M.L.I.Sc. degrees under various specialization subjects.
The M.A.degree is provided with five different specialization subjects and the M.Sc. degree is provided with seven different specializations. All the PG courses are offered for a duration of 2 years.
For admission to all the PG programmes except for M.B.A. and M.C.A., a candidate need to sit for AUCET (Andhra University Common Entrance Test) conducted by the university itself for various courses offered at the postgraduate level.

BRAU Srikakulam Ph.D Admission 2023
BRAU also offers the M.Phil degree in six different specializations and the Ph.D. degree in six different fields of research with the duration of three years.
The candidates for admission in the Ph.D at BRAU must have to qualify Dr. BRAURESET exam.
- The test scores of GATE / CSIR / UGC-NET / SLET / other equivalent national level examination are considered. The exams considered is subject to the decision of B.R.Ambedkar University
- The candidates for admission in BR Ambedkar University must have to qualify entrance examination with 40% marks and 5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST category candidates

BRAU Srikakulam 2023 Application Process:
- Visit the Website.
- Select the eligible course.
- Candidates should download the Hall-Tickets from the University website and attend the examination.
- A candidate has to pay Rs. 500/- (Plus Bank charges applicable for the mode of payment selected) as Registration and Application Processing Fee (and late fee if applicable) by opting any of the following modes of payments: (a) Andhra Bank / State Bank of India Challan (b)Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking.
- After filling the online Application form with the required details, verify all the details carefully and press Submit button.
- Filled in Application form will be generated that contains application number along with filled details. Take a print out of filled in online application Form. Use the Application number for future correspondence till the admission process is completed.
