NEET is the exam that has to be given to get into a medical college in India. I took my NEET after 12th standard and got an AIR of 7080 with 650 marks. The cut to get into a govt medical clg in my state was around 500 marks. I am a general candidate, so barely managed to get into the top govt clg of the state (got it in the second round of counseling). Overall the counseling process was pretty smooth except for the fact that there was a delay of around 1 month in my state.
Now I am taking undergraduate at Mallareddy Medical College for women Yes I attempted NEET and for OBC the cut-off is 470 Eligibility is just we have to attempt neet and also inter examinations in the online website (knruhs for Telangana, ysruhs for Andhra)they will provide us to fill and apply for applications Dates will be also available well I got more benefited, because cut off in andhra is about 474 for my caste and im Telangana 470, I got 472.. There are 250 seats available of which 15% seats are available for the All India Quota Students, while the rest are filled by Andhra Pradesh State Counseling. One has to sign a bond of discontinuation, i.e. if he/she discontinues the course, they are liable to pay an amount of 3,00,000 (plus 18% GST) to the Government of Andhra Pradesh. 37% of seats are reserved for OBC, SC & ST.
