Bachelor of Dental Surgery [BDS] From NTRUHS, Vijayawada

All fields in the application form should be correctly and completely filled-in with the relevant information. Candidate should log on to the official website AP EAMCET and follow the given steps:

• Fill the online application form available at with the necessary information
• Pay the application fee via available online payment modes (credit card/debit card/e-banking etc.)
• The registration no. will be generated while filling the online application which is to be preserved for future reference
• The candidate shall submit the application online
• Candidate must take out the print copy of the completed applications which is to be submitted to the invigilator during the examination after affixing a recent colour passport size photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer or Principal of the College where studied qualifying examination.
• The candidate must bring the copy of application and the following copies of documents along with the application form.

1. Hall ticket Qualifying Examination
2.  Hall ticket  of S.S.C. or equivalent
3. Date of Birth
4.  Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC candidates
5.  Aadhar card  Number
6.  PH, NCC, Sports category etc.  Certificate.
7. Income certificate( Income Upton One Lakh or Up to Two Lakhs or More than Two Lakhs )
8.  Certificate  for proof of local status (last  12 years)

Important Note: Application form/registration fee IS INR 350/-

Candidate must have pass 10+2 or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
