SVIMS Tirupati Admission 2024: Dates, Courses, Fees, Eligibility, Selection Criteria, Application Process

At the UG level, SVIMS offers MBBS program for the duration of five and half years (including internship). Candidates with a valid score in NEET UG are eligible for admission. 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the main subjects is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission. Candidates seeking admission must not be less than 17 years of age.

SVIMS MBBS Application Process

Follow the below-listed steps to apply for MBBS program offered by SVIMS, Tirupati:

1. Visit the official website of SVIMS and fill the application form.
2. Pay the application fee of INR 3000 (INR 2500 for reserved categories) by Credit/ Debit Card or through Net-Banking.
3. Upload desired documents (NEET UG Scorecard, Photo, Signature, etc.)
4. Submit the application form and note down the reference number for counselling requirements.

At the postgraduate level, the university offers MD program for the duration of three years in various disciplines. MBBS degree from a recognized university is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission. Admission is based on the marks in NEET PG followed by counselling for the shortlisted candidates.

50% seats of the total are reserved for NEET PG qualified candidates while rest of the seats are filled as per the regulations laid down by Dr. NTRUHS.

In addition, SVIMS provides three Medical courses with various specializations at UG level, namely, B.Sc (Nursing), BPT, B.Sc (Medical) and Diploma. 10+2 in the relevant subject group is the minimum eligibility criteria. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2 followed by university-based counselling. Students must note that 85% of the total available seats are reserved for the candidates belonging to AP and TS.

SVIMS, Tirupati B.Sc (Nursing), B.Sc (Medical) & BPT Application Process

The application is common for all courses. A single application will be sufficient for all the courses. Application form for B.Sc (Nursing), B.Sc (Medical) and BPT courses can be filled by following the given steps:

1. Fill the application form by visiting AP Online or TS Online portal.
2. Pay the application fee of INR 600 (INR 400 for reserved categories) online or through MEE Seva Centers.
3. Save and submit the application form and visit the nearest MEE Seva Centers for document verification.

SVIMS Tirupati M.Sc (Nursing), M.Sc (Medical) & MPT Application Process

Follow the below-listed steps to apply for M.Sc (Nursing), M.Sc (Medical), MPT, PG Diploma and Post Basic Diploma courses by following the below-listed steps:

1. Download the application form from the official website of SVIMS, Tirupati.
2. Pay the application fee of INR 750 (INR 500) in the form of DD drawn in favour of the Director, SVIMS, Tirupati payable at Tirupati

SVIMS also offers DM and M.Ch courses in various specializations under the super specialty division. MD/ MS/ DNB is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission. Candidates need to qualify in NEET SS conducted at all India level to secure admission in these courses.

At research level, the university offers Ph.D. and PDF courses in different disciplines. Candidates having any of the degrees like MD, MS, DM, M.Ch, M.Sc or equivalent master’s degree are eligible for the course. Candidates with Master's degree in life sciences/allied health sciences can also apply for the program.

Ph.D. admission is made on the basis of SVIMS based entrance and interview while PDF admission is subject to the marks in last qualifying examination followed by an interview.
