LNMU is a government university that offers a wide range of courses relevant to the field of Arts, Commerce, Law, Engineering and Medicine. The University provides 3 years of undergraduate and 2 years of postgraduate courses such as BA, B.com, BSc, MBA along with medical courses like BDS.

The candidate must have passed class 12th with 45% marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ST) in PCM subjects from a recognised Board.
The final selection to the UG courses in the university is done on the basis of the entrance examination conducted by the university and the counselling round.
Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery is a five and half year full time degree program in LNMU university. After the completion of the MBBS program, students are required to join the compulsory internship in the university itself. The minimum age limit for students wanting to join the MBBS program in the university is 17 years.
The student must have passed class 12th from a recognised board with PCB as compulsory subjects to sit in the entrance examination held for the MBBS program.
The selection criteria to the admission in the MBBS course in the university is done on the basis of the marks obtained in the NEET-UG examination.
